What we will do
Our guided kayak tours to the Noosa Everglades will inspire, amaze and relax you. The Noosa Everglades on Queensland's Sunshine Coast are perfect for a spectacular day marveling at the abundant wildlife in this remote and yet easily reached location. Our tours can be tailored to suit varying kayaking experience and fitness levels and we cater for children of all ages with our youngest participant to date being just 4 years old.
Experience the serenity and diversity of the Noosa Everglades water ways which includes Lake Cootharaba, Kinaba, Fig Tree Lake and the Upper Noosa River also known as the river of mirrors. This tour requires a medium level of fitness and includes professional guide, all equipment, a delicious hearty lunch and an unforgettable experience.

Payment Policy all Tours Full payment is required when you book your tour. Child must be 16 years and under. Self Guided Tours Credit Card details are retained as security for kayaks and equipment. If damaged or loss of equipment occur the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the credit card. Single Travellers for Guided Tours We recommend you call the office for available tours Tour Departure Tours depart from The Elanda Point Canoe launching Area at 8.30. Please arrive no later than this departure time, otherwise the tour WILL leave without you and no refund of money will be given. Cancellation Policy Clients may cancel their tour up to 4 weeks (28 days) prior to their tour date and receive a full refund. Within the 4 weeks (28 days) your tour may be rescheduled if dates are available. Within the 4 weeks (28 days) If the tour is a 2 or 3 day self-guided kayak tour no camping permit fees will be refunded. If you reschedule your tour within the 4 weeks (28 days) the camping permit will need to be re-booked and a fee of 15 per person for a 2 day and 25 per person for a 3 day applies applies for more information please go to http//www.kanukapersaustralia.com/refund-policy Cancellation by Kanu Kapers Australia Kanu Kapers Australia reserves the right to cancel or alter any activity dates and/or activity times. In these cases, you will be informed as soon as possible and every effort will be made to reschedule your activity at the earliest possible time convenient . Unless weather conditions represent a threat to safety and wellbeing, we will endeavour to proceed with the tour as booked or offer an alternative date. Kanu Kapers Australia reserves the right to suspend operations indefinitely due to events beyond our control. In this case activities will be resumed as soon as conditions safely allow.
1 Day Noosa Everglades Guided Kayak Tour
Meet at the Elanda Point National Park Canoe Launch - 204 Lake Flat Road. On arrival there is a small amount of paper work and you are given your dry bag for the day. We settle you into your kayak, teaching you all the basic skills for an enjoyable paddle across Lake Cootharaba to Kinaba and Fig Tree Lake the heart of the Noosa Everglades where we enjoy a delicious hearty lunch. The tour continues into Upper Noosa River, through the section known as the river of mirrors - a wonder land of reflecting landscapes. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the pristine waters and feel the serenity of this unique wilderness. On the journey home, if the wind is blowing in a favourable direction, we may hoist the sails for the crossing of Lake Cootharaba and back to the launch site.
