Stand Up Paddle Lesson Eco Tour 2 Hour - Rainbow beach
What we will do
Try one of the worlds fastest and most popular new sports, Stand Up Paddle! Our many wind protected flat water locations are ideal for learning or for cruising the bays on our local eco tours.
Take it slow and steady, cruise along checking out the local water habitat from a very unique view or you can treat it as a fun solid workout great for core training! Instructors will teach you basic SUP techniques and guide you throughout the tour.
Our exciting new eco tour takes you on a high tide along the flat waters of Pelican Bay protected from the wind and waves of the open beaches. Paddle along the mangrove ecosystem that not only is home to a large number of turtles that feed and rest here but also a very important food source for a number of other local marine life including turtles, sting rays, sea birds, crabs, dugongs.
A great family activity in very flat and shallow waters. Take the challenge to ride a SUP board and see the turtles and other sea life.
What's included: 4wd transport, equipment (specilised SUP boards, wetshirt or wetsuit), lesson & tour, National Park fees, fun!

Departure times vary daily as a result of tide times to access Double Island Point along the Great Beach Drive. Please reconfirm for specific departure times. Please allow 3-3.5 hours from pick up to drop off.

Due to the location being harder to access, 4X4 transportation is a must for any first time learn to surf travelers or the experienced looking for a day trip away from the crowds and into a surfing paradise.
