Weekly SUP Yoga Class - Noosa
What we will doAdd an extra challenge and beauty to your yoga session with SUP Yoga. Led by experienced teacher Sarah Rose, this class is suitable for all fitness and experience levels, this class is about having fun on the water, trying something new, and stretching out your body. Class numbers are limited. This is an amazing experience for all yoga levels.
All our classes include Stand up paddle board. Their soft deck feels almost like a Yoga mat and makes you feel comfortable on the board instantly and much more forgiving and comfortable when doing yoga you can even easily do headstands on them! SUP Yoga on the ocean is a fantastic way of strengthening your core as your body stabilises the board through the various poses and managed the drift of the board and the waves.
Lessons include: equipment hire of board and paddle, instruction and safety advice and much more.
