MyGui is a safe and easy way to book your tours, experiences and activities in real time with quick and reliable confirmation - Connecting the best local activities and experiences to the 'Adventurer.'

MyGui is based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, QLD – Locally owned and operated; MyGui aims to connect people all over the world, those seeking adventure and those willing to share it.

Completely. Your money will be looked after by the MyGui team – held until you have experienced your booked activity. If something goes wrong or if your booked activity is cancelled by the guide, a voucher will be provided for use when booking your next activity. MyGui aims to provide peace of mind for all guides and adventurers who choose to become a part of the MyGui community. MyGui utilizes PayPal for safety and security.

MyGui is a community built up of local people / guides people – locals who are passionate and willing to share the things they love most with the rest of the world. A community who wants you to experience the world through their eyes, whether that be through the lens of a camera, the view from a hidden mountain range or even the calming smell of the best locally brewed coffee. MyGui gives everyone the opportunity to become a guide, to share an experience or activity that they love, and instill that passion into those who seek adventure.

You will need some form of ID to show the guide that yours is the name on the Activity booked.
You can have the email from your Guide with you but this is not essential.

Contact your guide: If something is not what you expected let your guide know. Giving them the chance to fix or explain an issue is the fastest way to make sure you get what you want from the adventure. If the issue cannot be resolved, or they don’t respond – Contact MyGui.

Bookings made through the MyGui Website are non-refundable. However, in most cases you may be able to change the Activity / Experience or turn you booking into a Gift Voucher.

You can contact your guide using a different form of communication. You can reach the guide by:

  • Sending a message on MyGui - Find your guide in your Messages and send them a note.
  • Email or phone - Your original booking confirmation email contained your guide's phone and email address.
  • If you’ve taken these steps, and your guide is still unresponsive, please contact MyGui.

If your reservation is cancelled by your Guide you will get a full refund.

If no response is received within 24 hours contact MyGui immediately. You can change your email address in your edit profile page. It is you – The Adventurers - responsibility during the booking process to ensure your email, address etc are correct.

Any changes to the Booking once it is confirmed should be made directly to 'The Guide' and MyGui.

A ‘No Show’ – if you Do Not turn up at an activity at the allocated time there is no refund or credit.

The weather is unpredictable – so contact your ‘Guide’ directly. If your experience is cancelled due to the weather – it will be rescheduled at no cost to you. If you are unable to reschedule you can use this on a different activity or have a full refund.

Cancellation of the Activity by ‘The Guide’ due to unforeseen circumstances will result in full refund or the purchaser being able to choose a different activity or a Gift Voucher.

You can purchase a Gift Voucher on MyGui for any amount. Printed on the Gift Voucher is a Redeemable Code which can be used (in full payment or part amount) for any Activity / Experience on MyGui.
