How to Use a Gift Voucher?

After the purchase of a Gift Voucher, the recipient is able to choose from the 100's of activities, experiences, tours and workshops across Queensland available on ‘MyGui’. Using a Gift Voucher is simple and easy. Simply follow the steps for a normal booking - select the experience, tour, workshop or activity you wish to do, select the date & time and the number of people participating and click Book Now. At the check out page, enter your Gift Voucher Code into the labelled box. The Gift Voucher amount will be deducted from the total. If you have any questions please click Contact Us in the footer and we will respond ASAP.

When will I receive my Gift Voucher?

After purchase of a Gift Voucher, you will be emailed instantly with a PDF version of the voucher. This PDF can be forwarded or printed and given to your partner, loved one or friend. Each Gift Voucher has a unique code, which can be used by simply entering this code into the check out page of a booking. If you spend over $150 on a Gift Voucher we will mail a personalized Gift Voucher as a special touch to the recipient. (by Australia Post – please allow 14 days for posting) The mailed personalized Gift Vouchers are also available for purchases under $150 - however, at an additional cost of $3 during check out.

What Experiences can we use the Gift Voucher On?

The Gift Vouchers can be redeemed on any activity, experience, tour or workshop available on MyGui! The Gift Voucher can also be used in split payments if the Gift Voucher price does not cover the full cost of the activity. Once the code is entered into the Check Out page, the Gift Voucher amount will be deducted from the total amount and then balance of the payment can be made. The recipient will have access to 100's of activities, experiences, tours and workshops across Queensland! We guarantee they will be spoilt for choice.
